At UDG Gear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance equipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective foam to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Label your package clearly with the RMA number and ship it back to our warehouse using a reliable courier service with tracking capabilities.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the gear for original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
